In-home Market-Prep Consultation
I walk through your home and provide expert recommendations on how to best prepare it for sale. Along with my advice, you'll receive a Top Ten To-Do List, prioritising key tasks to get your home market-ready.
Each consultation takes up to two hours, covering homes up to approximately 200 square metres. For larger homes, additional time may be needed, which we can discuss during our initial phone call.
The service also includes follow-up support via text, email, Facetime, or phone, for 2-3 questions that may arise as you implement the recommendations. For more in-depth queries, additional hours may need to be booked.
My in-home consultations are available throughout the Wellington region.

Online Market-Prep Consultation
Now, you can enjoy all the benefits of a Market-Prep Consultation without needing an in-person meeting. I am available to assist you online, providing the same expert guidance from the comfort of your home.
This service includes a one-hour e-consultation, which involves:
A brief questionnaire
Photo-sharing of each room via email
Video call
Phone call
Or a combination of the above
We will book the consultation at a time that suits your schedule, and afterward, you’ll receive a tailored Top Ten To-Do List to help prepare your home for sale.
